Well I'm sorry to leave, but it was nice here!

Question is, I leave half way through billing cycle, do IDNet refund part payment?

Thank you

madasahatter

Your probably best ringing them to get a definitive answer on that tbh.

Good luck with Be - hope all goes well  :)

Simon

Sorry to hear you're leaving, have a goodbye karma!

As Mad said, you would need to contact IDNet for account related questions.  :)

You're best to speak with IDNet to get a definitive answer.

I hope you enjoy your new ISP. :)

It's an interesting point. Quality UK-based support is a rarity these days.

cant overstate that point enough Seb, when you contact IDNet its no messing about , straight to the point and problem dealth with ..............that alone is worth the monthly fee.

You could always try for a trip to the Olympics, I suppose. :) Historically, China fascinates me, but the regime now and over the past few decades would stop me going there.

I dont think the small amount to pay for the months contract up front is the largest amount to lose if you left half way through the month.

Bearing in mind the people I know who are tied into 1 year contracts, and I know an ex pipexer who paid them four months rent to leave early.  And pipex tried to get one months costs one month after I had been with idnet.

What price Freedom ?

My friend paid about £50 to leave pipex so freedom for him was actually rather expensive.
