try disconnecting all wires from your nte-5 and retry. dont forget to cut them so short you cant reconnect them the main ones are the hidden ones behin d the faceplate.

Looking good, Jane, your line is set to go flat out. Your throughput is a bit low for the profile. That could be exchange congestion, background activity, eg email, or a need to tweak. Are your running XP?

It could be exchange congestion considering the time of day. No email unless Mailwasher was making a background check at the time.
I have Vista on this machine so no good tweaking MTUs.
