audio problems ?

Thank Rik all is back to normal including sound after reboot.I did think of taking the creator off and reinstalling it just in case some of the 1st link got installed somehow.?

Just clicked on the desktop shortcut Rik for pdf and that same thing happened.ie the  its trying to install sound plug ins and this isn't normal so maybe its best to remove this one and then return to the link you gave ma and reinstall it.

Im not worried I know after yesterday that I can get it back.Im just checking ,when you click on your desktop icon you don't get this do you? ::)

I don't have a desktop icon, David. PDF Creator installs as a printer - there shouldn't be any other icon. Use the file I sent you.

David, do you mean this? http://www.higrade.com/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=3658 I've since uninstalled the finger print reader software (on Support's advice) as I had problems with it and I haven't yet installed the software for the in-built camera as I haven't had any need for it, I doubt that I ever will.
