BT engineers to strike?

El Reg is reporting that BT engineers will be taking industrial action over pay before May 27, initially in the form of a work to rule.

Hopefully, the impact will not be too great...

Does that mean they will be working faster or slower or not at all or even, they will be working a bit. >:D
