Can i put up a video on the site?

Purely as a file, or does it need any support, eg PHP?

Just a file, be nice to have it load up in the middle of the page but if not i can just link to another place

It should be OK, then. I have a PDF on my 'site', if people click the link, they get the option to d/l it.

How would i upload it and how would i link it?

do i simply upload the mpeg to the directory and link to  movie.mpeg?
