Monthly Invoice

Whats happening? I have just recieved my invoice for (01 June 2008 - 01 July 2008) which I normally recieve on the 1st of the month.

That doesn't seem right to me, Wilf. IIRC, billing is in advanced, so that bill shouldn't have been issued until 1 June. I'd suggest you give IDNet a call or drop them an email as something's probably gone wrong somewhere.

Do you pay by Direct Debit, Wilf? If so, the bill is issued in advance to give the required notice.

I received one last week for 20 May 2008 - 20 June 2008, so it does seem they are sending out the notifications early.

Hi Rik, I pay by standing order which is normally deducted a few days after I recieve the invoice, I will send IDNet an email on Monday no doubt they will sort it.

I wouldn't worry, Wilf. It's not due until June 1, if you're paying by SO, leave it to take its course. It could be that there's a holiday in the offing and someone is clearing decks.

I have received my notification two weeks in advance in the past but no monies were taken out until the correct due date. Don't worry, be happy.
