Calling support

When did IDNet change to a selectable telephone menu system when calling them? Now you get "press one for sales, press two for support" etc

When I was ringing yesterday, I didn't get it. I've just tried ringing now, and didn't get it either.  ???

It makes sense I suppose if they did have it, as it should mean that you get put through to the right person.

What number do you call, Lance. I don't use the 0800, I wonder if it's just on that?

I use the geographic number, as I tend to call from my mobile :)

Dont mention Talk Talk !!

any time i have contacted support its been on 08000267237 and you get straight to a human voice , are you now saying its a press one for this, press two for the other operation now ? I hope NOT

me too - I hate those things. They invariably lead to another menu and then another, where a lot of the choices have nothing whatsoever to do with what you are calling about. Or they are when done in a BT, British gas et all stylee anyway  ;)

Yeh but dont worry.. Press 2 for support, within 30secs you get answered by the usual people  ;D

I would press any amount of numbers as long as it's an 0800 number.  ;)

It's only passing you to the right person.  Although these can be annoying with some companies, one extra key press doesn't seem too onerous in this instance.  :)

Within 30 seconds! Over the last couple of days when I have rung it has been answered within 4 rings (usually in two!)! :)
