Has anyone had any Updates, I haven't been informed that there are any for my computer?

I had 7. Four for Office 2007 (including the Outlook junk mail filter update), Windows mail junk mail filter update, Windows Defender definition update and the monthly malicious software removal tool.

Just checked , there's nothing important. I haven't got Office and Defender is turned off.

edit: Just been informed of two Updates and they have now been downloaded, the junk mail item and the malicious software removal tool.

It was easy. :)

Curiously, the notebook insisted on being re-booted although all three machines seemed to download the same stuff. It's XP Home, the desktops are Pro, so I wonder if that was why?

Strange. Theoretically, Home is just a cut-down version of Pro, so it would make sense if it was the other way round, but not this way round. ???

Rik

I just wonder if Pro could implement something without re-booting... MS will always puzzle us. :)
