I've just received (17.13) an email sent last Sunday, why would that be?

No idea without seeing the header, Noreen. If you can extract that, or forward the email as an attachment to support, they would be able to work out what had happened. What was the sender's domain, ie the bit after the @?

Having looked at the header, it seems to have gone into a black hole for five days. I'm not aware of any issues with Trevor, so I'll ask Martin to take a look om Monday (if Leicester win that is). Otherwise, I'll talk nicely to Miriam.

If it was physical mail, I would know the answer - someone failed to turn a bag - however, I don't think they do that to serves. I'll see what I can find out and let you know.
