Do you have a lot of errors on your line? Do you know if BT are working at your exchange?

There is no work going on.

I have a WAG354G and can't find where to look for the errors.

I've never used that router, but I'm sure someone else will be along shortly. It is definitely a localised issue to you, though, either your line or exchange.

dont know if this is any good routers but you can select your router there and it shows how to fins stats

and here

Sebby

If you can, it would be worth trying another router. Otherwise you should let IDNet know about this. Sync looks fine, as does the profile, so other than the router, I can only think it's BT.

Do you have any other machines connected to the router? Are results similar across all machines if that's the case?

Thought so.

Well I did the tweak test at dslzone and it said everything was fine.

If the problem is only on one of your machines, then I suggest that you run antivirus/spyware scans etc

Is your machine connected wirelessly? Perhaps changing the channel may help; try 1, 6, and 11 before the others. You could try connecting by cable (if it's not already) also to see if it's the wireless.

He is using a Home Plug Device Seb..  ;)

It's now sorted..
Anything and everything that I post on here is purely my opinion, it ain't going to change the world, you are under no obligation to agree with me, it is purely my expressed opinion.

Possibly an extension or surge suppressor? Glad it wasn't an IDNet issue anyway. :)
