Billing System

We've made some changes to our Billing System so that all customers will now receive their subscription invoices 30 days before they are due to be paid.

Previously invoices were sent at different times depending upon the method of payment. We had thought that the previous system was quite sophisticated but, in reality, it was actually just a mess! We hope that this new system will be much simpler.

Nobody's Billing Date has changed: if paying by Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card then the payment will be collected on the usual day of the month, if paying by Bank Transfer, Standing Order or Cheque then payment is still due by the first day of the coming subscription period.
