Interesting, but I wonder if it will be that useful tbh. Those in the know have already worked out what is happening, and moved ISPs accordingly. The vast majority aren't likely to use a tool like this as they are pretty much unlikely to understand the principles behind it, and then how likely are a lot of them to change ISPs? After all - how many peeps do you know who have even heard of and understand the concept of net neutrality outside of the tech world and communities like this?
