ONSPEED & Tiscali Sign Broadband Acceleration Deal

If Tiscali offered a proper broadband service in the first place then, that Onspeed software would not be required. 

That sort of software IMO just does not work.

Sounds of desperation creeping in? All the tests I've seen of OnSpeed suggest it's only really useful for dial-up.
