It amazed me - I only realised because my Firefox said it had updated last night. I thought it can't be 3.0.8, but it was!

if you has stealth mode selected the perfect disc gui would move and stretch after a steathmode defrag, that was one of the major bugfixes in this release  :thumb:

Your ability to bang your head against reality in the hope that reality will crack first is impressive, but futile!

It was released on 6 April and I believe it's largely bug fixes.

I think I see why Apple don't release an update patch now. On the Mac, if I've understood correctly, there is no such thing as a patch as an application is effectively one file. It seems that it's just easier for them to release the same for the PC.

Rik

In that case, I already have it. :)

Den

Updated itunes yesterday, this morning had all sort of startup problems. Had to do a system restore and then ran Registry Mechanic and it came up with over 400 problems quite a few relating to itunes but that could because of the restore. Itunes now tells me I need to update  :eek4: No way, not today
Mr Music Man.

Rik

No problems here, Den, though I don't let it install all its extra baggage.

Den

I only let it update itunes and untick any other boxes.  :eyebrow:
Mr Music Man.

Rik

Me too, Den.I don't want Safari, Mobile Me or Bonjour.

Safari on the PC is just pointless (at least it is with v3), and MobileMe is only worth installing if you subscribe to it! :)
