Indeed Rik, I dumped it ages ago, I use Foxit now.

I never use just one browser In, so foxit is not that useful for me, and its not as bloated as previous versions and does not sneak itself into your startup folder as previous versions did either which is some kind of blessing I guess, its nice to see my startup folder empty these days :)

I mainly use FF and Opera, Foxit works fine with both/either, I only use IE if absolutely necessary, I havn't tried a PDF with that.

Yes Rik  :D we placed bets last time on when the next one would pop up and it was the same day! iTunes is at version 7.6 now as well.

In, there's a setting on the site where you can stop them asking to install IE7, I've enabled it although I can't remember the exact details now. Now I just go for Express installation without worrying about IE7.

You can choose to hide any update, apart from IE7, there's I think another three which you only need if you do the update.

I just wish I could find a way of stopping the dreaded IE7 download, it really gets up my nostrils. >:(

If you do a custom update, you can choose to hide the IE7 update and it's associated baggage and it won't be offered again until you choose to let it be.
