I can't see the point in paying for the full version, when all it seems to do is speed up. I delete all my cookies when closing the browser, so there's no point in it, unless I've missed something (too tired and lazy to check :D).

The real time scanning was the only reason plus $9.99 is not that much compared to the original $29.95.......

Did you have any trouble installing KB982670 .Net framework V4? Dorset, it kept failing and wouldn't install on either of my MCs, I ended up downloading the stand alone installer to get it installed.

From a Google search it seems a lot of people were having this problem.

Major problems with this 3.6.4 update if you are using Sandboxie, something to do with the plug ins as opposed to the Add_Ons. Haven't yet figured out which one it is on mine but any attempt to run a speed test or view pages with video content results in the requested page locking up and FF crashing

Ha! having checked updates for something else the list now shows this update as NOT being installed  :-\ ???  How an update can show a success screen then 2 days later not be there is amazing. So ,had to do a manual download after all........ Ruddy M$  :eyebrow:

The more they do with FireFox the worse it gets and despite the last update FF still has not cleared all the vulnerabilities...... time to dump it altogether .

Gary

Firefox 3.6.6. has been released Firefox 3.6.6 modifies the crash protection feature to increase the amount of time that plugins are allowed to be non-responsive before being terminated.

Runs fine with me, and they still patch faster than anyone else Dorset, better than Opera which is not as well protected against phishing attacks, think it was FF 27% Opera under 10%, thats bad IE8 was up in the 80% mark on windows boxes. Chrome is juts google, that's scary  ;) do agree they should have seen thataddress bar fault though

What's new Dorset, I'm finding things hard to read today (extra pain meds) so a run down would be good.
