Hmm, downloading from the opera.com portal takes you to Opera_952_10108_in.exe and weighs in at 8722KB, whereas checking for updates within Opera gives you Opera_952_10108_en.exe and is 6876KB.

I suspect in is the international version and contains unnecessary language packs.
