General software updates

Yeah, I've done absolutely everything you can, including manually updating the bios as the cr*p Asus tool said mine was the latest when it was over 6 months out of date! I've just bought an external drive for backups now and an internal 500gb one as I'm hearing a click of death. I don't know if it's my main drive or the broken backup drive trying to spin up.

Hopefully Adobe will have fixed its less than 'flash' player by then. I'll install Firefox 4, the excitement never stops online  :whistle:

Anyone having big probs on win updates of 26/4/10 (me for instance) should read this.

All updates done now but had to do them one at a time on a Win7/64, MS are a PITA at times!
