I know we've all been pretty unhappy at the loss of mail for three days, but Simon's worked his socks off - joined by Martin, straight off the plane - to get us up and running again.

I've no doubt that a detailed review will follow, to ensure this doesn't happen again, but for the moment, I'd like to thank Simon and Martin for the hours they've put in to get us our mail back.  :thumb:

Thanks, guys. I know lots have been majorily inconvenienced, but I can't imagine this was a pleasant experience for you. It must have been the worst few days you've had in a long time, if not ever! Your hard work and honestly is greatly appreciated, and hopefully you can get a decent bit of rest in the not-too-distant future. :)

If anyone wants to give Karmas to Simon, you can find him here, and the somewhat elusive (to the forum) Martin can be sought out here:)

peejay

It was a little frustrating with me in UK and my wife in France to be without email for a few days.  However, we were kept informed, unlike some much bigger, and, for some unknown reason, more popular ISPs, from one of which I am an escapee  8).  Well done the lads, and if I had the slightest clue about how to do this karma thing I would

:welc: :karma:

Take a look here. :)

Rik

You can't yet, Peejay, as you need to have made a couple of posts first. After that, on any post by the person you want to award karma to, you'd see 'Give karma' just under their karma 'score' and above their online status. Click on that link, and you can give karma.

Meanwhile, where are my manners - welcome to the forum. :) :welc: :karma:
