IDNet isn't listed  :o but there is space for "other" and for the ISP to be named.

I got as far as the speed test, which dumped me out from the survey. :(

Same thing happened to me!  >:D

So after saving this:

Date 09/07/08 19:58:08
Download speed 3266.29 Kbps (3.19 Mbps)
Upload speed 378.02 Kbps (0.37 Mbps)
Server Port 8095 (tcp)
Server Address speedtest1.pcadvisor.co.uk

I did it again but did not run the speed tester and simply filled in the numbers I got the first time and this time I got all the way through to the end.  :)

Regards,

Les.

It was TTBs test and worked fine for me, I open it in a new tab though

Yes I saw the "Back to Survey" button on the first page of the test but not seeing the result I followed the usual TBB's route to get them. Having done that there was no obvious way back. The "big" back button bypassed the the first page and took me the survey front page.

Your canny approach was the right one Alan.  ;)

Les.

Mine was a bit worrying.  Profile of 6500 and throughput of just 3 and a bit so I did a BT test just now and got throughput of 2088 which is even worse.. oops.

I've just completed it. However, it seems that (as is the case with most of these silly surveys) they've failed to ask for the actual connection rate (and whether you are on IPStream or LLU, as the former uses IP profiles). As such, the speed results are meaningless. They'll just collate the results as if everyone connects at the same rate and provide some completely inaccurate data. :(

Whenever I try the BT test is says my details don't match their records for my line ???

Have a word with support, Ann, unless it clears in the next 24 hours.

Ah! :(

Might be worth a word with support, then, they should be able to tell you the profile.

The TBB test showed 2.25Mb/s which is some where around what I expected, so no real need to contact them
