Service has now been resumed for POP3, IMAP and SMTP. Webmail is also now working. Please allow some time for the backlog of held mail to reach your boxes. It's likely that 'full normality' will take until tomorrow.

Web space, blog space and photo albums will be restored as soon as possible, but probably not before Monday.
