I haven't received a notification re broadband usage this month, has anyone else?

Simon

No, but I don't subscribe.  ;D  I wonder if this is connected to the Trevor Incident?

IDNet Customer (ex-partner's name): 6th January 2006 - 23rd March 2007
IDNet broadband Customer (my name): 11th June 2008 - 21st April 2010

Now with Be for internets, IDNet for phone.

Rik

I'm getting them daily, Noreen. It might be worth re-subscribing in case your record got damaged in the mail problems (I have no idea if that's possible, but it can't do any harm.)

I've subscribed again. Seems to be up-to-date now, I'll see how it goes now. Thanks. :)

Rik

Let's hope it's as simple as that. :)

I'm sure I've heard that before... :P

Noreen

I thought that the feed automatically updated but I find that it only updates when I click the "Refresh this Feed" symbol. Have I misunderstood or got a setting wrong?

Rik

What are you using to read it with, Noreen?

Vista IE7, Rik. I've just read through the IE7 instructions again and I think that I probably didn't subscribe properly. I've now tried again and I'll see if I've got it right THIS time. :fingers:

If it doesn't, Noreen, try Attensa http://www.attensa.com/get-it/stable.php, it's free and works very well in my experience.
