e-mails still missing from 3-5 July

I have still not received e-mails from this period.

Have we had all the mails we are going to get?

Have some definitely gone missing?

As far as we are aware, everything that was on the old server was recovered. In any case, it would have only been 1 days mail at maximum lost had it not been recovered.

If you believe you have missing items, i would first confirm that they were actually sent and if so would then contact support who will be able to confirm whether everything was recovered.

I agree with Lance - check with support, but as I understand it, everything that could be restored has been restored. Unfortunately, that means there may have been a small loss.
