e-mail duplication?

Anyone else notice this?  I recently got a second copy of two e-mails that were sent me, in each case the second copy arriving about half an hour after the first.  One was a group mailing so I assumed it had been sent twice, but the second was personal, making that scenario unlikely.

I haven't seen any issues here, Krysia. If you'd asked on Monday morning, I'd have said it was probably to do with the server move, but that shouldn't be the case now. If it persists, let support have copies of the headers so they can try to work out what is going on.

As Rik says, if it keeps happening, let them know. I certainly haven't been receiving any duplicates, but then I don't use my IDNet account all that much.

Lance

I always use my Idnet account, but haven't had any duplicates!

It happened to me on the previous occasion (not the Trevor failure). A few days later I received a number of duplicated emails. Looking at the headers didn't help as they were all the same as the original emails. It was as if a load of emails had been saved and then 're-imported' into the IDNet system.

I haven't noticed anything this time around, but there again I have moved quite a lot of my incoming email to a different route after the recent outage.

Thank you all for your replies.  It appears to have been the kind of blip JB had a while ago - identical headers suggesting the mail was being re-imported - and has now stopped.  I'll let Support know if it happens again.
