Lona

I checked my usage for this month and am sitting at 31.28gig.

I checked it just last week and it was 16.5 gig.

I can't believe I have gone over the limit in such a short time.  I keep a check on any downloads and to the best of my knowledge it was no where near 30gig.

Does watching clips on utube push up you usage.?

Hugely, Lona. Have you not had any warning emails from IDNet? You can also sign up for an RSS feed from your accounts page, so that you get a daily statement of usage and projected usage.

I usually just log into my account and check it myself every week.

I've been sitting at 31gig since Friday 15th August which I just cannot believe it is a true reading.

Does your daily breakdown from the broadband usage tab add up to the total? You should be able to see any day when you had "excessive" usage and then see if you can recollect your online activity for that day.

If you're convinced it's wrong, Lona, give IDNet a call and they will be happy to check it out for you.

Yes...I never open any You Tube links for that very reason Lona.

Well I've been watching a lot of Eva Cassidy videos on Utube.
