Dropped connections and pathetic speed lately !!!

This isnt the IDNet I have come to know. 

My 2 wire Business Hub BT2700HGV just doesnt drop connection, yet when I checked my stats , it had dropped connection 7 times in the space of a couple of days. 

Is IDNet sliding down the pan or something  ?

My 21CN date has been moved from Aug 08 to March 09, so I am thinking its nothing to do with BT then.

for £25.99 per month......................completely unacceptable , if O2 werent using a 12 month contract , Id be away like a shot , IDNet have gone downhill badly  , If things dont make a marked improvement , Im going to be an ex-IDNet customer soon.
