Amtrak fails

No doubt Rik and I'm sure I would have been within my rights to return it but it was a good price, works okay and I couldn't find any fault with it so decided I'd keep it. I suppose this is what  they were banking on but I've never trusted them since.

If you're happy, it's not an issue, but it is short-sighted as trust is impossible in the future.

I work for Laura Ashley and they use Amtrak to deliver a lot of items.  Word is they went into liquidation but it's not the first time they've done it and then bounced back.  It's just rumours around the factory though.
