Been with Idnet now for 2 weeks, and thought I would share my speed test results.
My only thoughts are that I use to get 5.5Mb with my previous ISP, until 5pm arrived  , and am now getting approx 4.5 Mb, although no drop in speed at busy times :) - Router plugged directly into the test socket etc.

There must have been some instability on your line as your profile is too low. If you maintain your current sync speed, it should lift to 5.5M within the next few days. There's some overhead on the packets, so maximum data throughput is around 85-90% of profile.
