Hi, I set up an ID Net webmail account earlier this evening.
It won't let me log in. I have the user name and password correct to the best of my knowledge, (I have them in front of me in another tab showing my email settings).
Any suggestions?

How are you trying to log in? You're using the full email address, not just the bit before the @, yes? Do you get any specific error message?
Oh, and it might be worth logging out and closing the other tab, in case it thinks you're trying to log in twice.

Thanks for the welcome and the suggestions. It seems to be OK this morning.
There was no specific error message yesterday, the page was just reloading with the password field empty after each attempt to log in.
