We are aware of an issue with the Peterborough BRAS which is causing intermittent connectivity, slow speeds and packet loss to some customers.
A specialist team within BT are working to get to the bottom of the issue as quickly as possible, we expect to have a further update this afternoon, as soon as we know more we will update the Network Status page.
