Some customers may have experienced a short period of downtime this evening, this was due to a failure of one of our core routers.
Our engineers detected the issue within 3 minutes of the failure and successfully restored service within 15 minutes.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, investigations into the cause of the failure are under way to ensure it does not happen again.
