I feel bad complaining but I'm genuinely puzzled. I owe IDNet around £14 because I've not covered my calls over the past few months but checking online, I don't seem to have made that many. It's more puzzling because the bills don't have a break down of calls anymore, just the basic cost of broadband and phone. Thoughts? Cough up and stop whinging?
I could be wrong, but I don't believe calls to mobiles are inclusive in the package cost. Could that be it?
I don't think that's it. I have an aversion to calling mobiles from landlines as I'm wary of how much it costs.
Don't use IDNet phone services myself but can you not access an itemised bill?
Log in to your customer portal, select Telephone, you can view the calls made from there
I've done that again, Glenn, looked closely, and am no nearer working it out. Either they've been free over the past year or it's only a relatively small charge.
If you are on a limited package, have you exceeded that limit sometimes?
It's figures in the region of £1.60 - £3 (but not much more than that) for any given month. The majority of the small amount of calls I make are free and I'm up to date with payment except for this one.
The only thing I can suggest is to call support and talk with them.
Could it be 0845 or 0870 calls?
The bills are itemised so should list everything. Mine do in the invoice I receive :)
Same here.
I was told last week I would be contacted by the Head of Accounts but that hasn't happened yet. I'm afraid this does not put me in a good humour. If I know what I'm being asked to pay for, the chances are I will pay it. But I still don't.
Have you tried calling them, the office is still open?
I have now and spoke to support and I'm feeling happier about it.
We're all happy now. It was 'my bad' as the kids say.
