Title: Emails not collecting, error message 0x8000CCC90
Post by: Ritzy on Jul 17, 2012, 17:32:13
(Running Windows 7) Yesterday I started getting a problem with my Windows Live Mail client not collecting my email, and giving me the error code 0x8000CCC90, which resolved itself after some hours. Today the same problem, but also getting a Failed Login pop up box asking for my Username and Password, although I haven't touched the settings. I've run a system restore but it hasn't helped. I've tried to login via Webmail, but it is telling me that there is an error, then that my inbox is empty.

Any suggestions as to what this could be, how to solve it, or where to look for help if this is not the right place?

Many thanks.

Thanks, I have posted the same message on the Windows Live board. It seems to be a difficult problem to solve judging by what has been said there already.
