my e-mail is no more, no idea why, deactivated twice now

A phone call might be the quicker and easiest option.
i tried to add a new e-mail address with the old one, only to be told it is in use or deleted, i did not deleted it
Maybe the email address you chose is already taken? Is your email address still listed on your IDNet account? As I said, a phone call would probably sort it.
If you delete your email address you cannot add it again, if you didn't delete it as Simon says call IDNet its a free phone number and see what they say. I had a bunch of filters not showing since they updated the dashboard but they sorted it out in minutes, not lost any email accounts though.
