I download email sent to my IDNet address regularly, once a day at the very least. Today I re-received email from the last three weeks, all of which I've already received once. Anyone else had this happen?
Mine is fine at present Zap
All OK here.
How odd, it's just me then.
You have the honour! ;D
I don't think receiving a hundred emails trying to sell me Viagra is a badge I will wear with too much pride ;D
POP3 or IMAP, and do you leave mail on the server?

POP3 and they are deleted (I've checked via webmail).
Could be a server database glitch. Or someone restored old data from backup.
I'd guess a glitch. If it was a restore I would have thought it would have affected others but that is a guess.
This is still happening. This time I re-received four emails from Monday. I've also had issues connecting to the email server. In addition I've heard from two other IDNet customers having problems sending and receiving mail.
The issue my friend had was apparently down to his IP being blocked due to too many failed login attempts.
I noticed this morning the server responded much faster than is usual. Perhaps it has had a kick!
[EDIT] A couple of minutes after posting the above two emails arrived that I'd deleted last night, one of them being IDNet Call Summary time stamped Tue 0:02 :eyebrow:

You are not alone, zap. I have had a couple return a second time as well, and Sunday mornings it seems to think my passwords are not correct, until its had a coffee I imagine, as by midday it works :eyebrow:
That sounds like there are multiple mail servers and there's a synchronization problem.
I'm now getting the same emails sent multiple times.
