... one of the Entanet Resellers is in trouble.

I'm torn between feeling smug and sympathetic. I must be getting hard in my old age!
Given the margins in this business, I wonder if re-selling is sustainably viable?

I notice that nobody has given you a welcome Karma, so I will rectify that now.. ;) ;)

I guess that by reselling they must benefit from some lower costs somewhere, possibly through some economies of scale achieved. Whether or not it is sustainable in the long run, they must think it is otherwise they probably wouldn't be in the business!
I don't know, Lance, we keep seeing ISPs enter the business with an unsustainable model. Perhaps people just don't appreciate the real cost of running support?

Why thank you! I'm feeling even more smug now.
Strange how there seems to be no news coverage of this issue over at dslzone, I wonder why? ::) Seriously though it does make you wonder why enta encourage such resellers. The enta packages look quite good (not as appealing as IDNet obviously) but how would you know which resellers were good and which were there only to skim a few pence off each customer each month with little or no added value.
