This man never rests. ;D  I had a problem with someone using my email address and Simon phoned me up tonight at 7.25 to deal with it.

A very, very nice gentleman, and that is meant in the best of ways. :D

Wouldn't it be nice if all the other ISP's took not of this kind of personal service and pulled their CS and Support up the the same levels.

I do live in a dream world though. ;)

I have been phoned by  simon several  times in the last few weeks due to the ping issues and posts here in the forum, he is always willing to discuss the problems without getting too technical (thats a big + for me)  ;D and i always think after the call that he has done his best to explain why the problems are ongoing.

A decent bloke  ;)

Yes, I was phoned no fewer than three times on Sunday by him in response to a problem that popped up (not of his making, either), so his commitment should certainly be applauded. :)
