Struck lucky at the Apple Store today!

Managed to get myself a new iPhone S today, nice shiny screen and unblemished rear. Same memory size as the old one with 32Gb.


Not really my old iPhone 4S developed a pixel anomaly with was only evident on a white background it's probably been there awhile but only noticed it with the advent of iOS 7 and it's clear backgrounds. No point buying warranties if I don't use them plus there was only about a week left on it.

I tried to persuade my wife that she needed an iPhone 5c but she said no chance, not at that price . Cheap trip in the end, perhaps it's my age but I hate visiting Cambridge it's so pretentious. I was passing a sort of gourmet outdoor cafe and was so offended at seeing 2 diners with a dog which was actually sitting on a chair as well .It took a lot of self restraint to walk on by. The place is a nightmare to get round with hoards of spotty students riding cycles with no regard at all. It would be mass slaughter if they rode like that in London, Gosh I was glad to head north again on the M11
