How does WoW run on IDNET

My current ISP is Nildram and tbh they suck big time. Not only have the  had WoW disconnection problems for the last 5 months, they still havent come up with a solution. Then last week they capped all my services to 80Kbs! when i pay for an 8mbs connection. So i hate them with passion and i advise all not to use them.
Could one of you IDnet people let me know how your connection is with WoW and Newgroup services, as im looking for a new ISP.

Cant comment on WOW but i am play CoD2 most weeknights and can confirm it runs smooth with no disconnections.
