Just moved house. Told BT and Idnet to simultaneous provide two weeks previous. All went smoothly, just plugged in router at new house and up and running instantly by early afternoon.

I've just moved as well, I was informed the phone would come on Monday (I kept my previous phone number) and the internet on Tuesday, and it did. :thumb:
The communication was first class, as was the service. I get my phone, line and broadband from IDNet.
Well done IDNet.  :thumb:

It's nice when things go smoothly in stressful times!

I had a sim provide 3 months ago, worked beautifully. An additional benefit is that the guy fitting the voice line is ADSL trained and aware, so they do their best to make it a good ADSL line while they're at it.

I'm hoping for a sim provide when I move into my first house! Had the offer accepted yesterday so still early days at the moment!

Thanks guys. Still on Colchester and still on an estimated 5mb line but with 3x as many residents through the exchange and a date for WBC set. I'm hoping that I will be. Able to sort out the wiring properly and get some extra speed out of it!

When shall we come round to start the re-wiring?  ;)
