Ive used the links in the FAQs to try to forward my emails from my old freemail addy to the newly provided ones. If I follow the link in 'webmail interface'  (Reply 12)  it flashes on the screen and disappears.   I also dont seem to have the facility on my IDnet login to get to the settings page to allow me to 'forward' emails.

Perhaps Im being particularly thick, but Id like to think its not explained very well.  Maybe there is something wrong with my setup.

Nothing  to get too worried about. I wont be able to rectify it this weekend as Im off to satisfy my longings for Greece.  See you in a week or so.

1) Bavigate to http://webmail.idnet.net
2) Enter your email username and password
3) Click the little plus next to "account settings" on the left hand menu
4) Click forwarding
5) Click add
6) Enter email address you wish it to be forwarded too and click ok
7) Untick "Keep a copy of the message"
8) Cick ok

Then you should be done! If it doesn't come up like that, then perhaps you have a problem with your Java installation. Make sure you try it in Internet explorer, in case that is where your problem lies.

Hope this helps.
Lance

p.s Have a good time in Greece! Let us know how it goes!

It's working for me. What browser are you using? Has anyone else had trouble with the link?

You don't set up forwarding from the customer account page. Can you get to the email settings page illustrated? If so, when you click the webmail link for the account, log in to your email account and follow the instructions in the sticky.

If you can expand on what you mean, I'll try and find a better way to write it.
