I tend to steer clear of Zonealarm products, had a lot of issues with them in the past as have many on thier forums, I'll let someone else be the beta tester  ;)
Damned, if you do damned if you don't

I'm another ZA-free zone - but I'll keep an eye on what others have to say on this.

Endless trouble with Zone Alarm over the years, so I decided I had quite enough hassle without actually seeking it out.

Rik

A feeling with which I can empathise. I no longer feel like being at the bleeding edge, I'm quite happy to follow behind and utilise the experience of others. :)

That's a very good sentiment Rik, all new releases are still Beta's really and by v2 or whatever number sequence they use its better, but generally more bloated, so I just watch the forums, but the Zone Alarm one reminds me somewhat of East Enders, you watch it to make yourself feel better as things are never that bad for you  >:D (I don't actually watch East Enders, Justina does, I hide online when its on)

Bread rising is infinitely more interesting and you get to eat it later.  ;D

Hey

Not a fan of zone alarm at all, but after looking at the blurb and seeing virtual surfing (sandboxing) offered i think this may end up being the most secure firewall going, if they get it right. It's just a shame they are the first company to offer it. grrrr

I make a point of avoiding anything with a phone vote, as it's all rubbish!   :P
