Phishing - with a difference

Hey guys

i just got an email regarding my uncle's bank details saying the usual "update your details here" linking to a random site.

The only time my uncle's card and my email have been linked is while shopping on immortalgaming.co.uk - is their security compromised...

I mean this is the email - worringly.

It would certainly be worth getting your uncle to contact his card company, Sam. Personally, I'd also blacklist that site.

Send a copy of it to Barclays, NatWest have a special email address to send possible phishing emails so Barclays may have that also

I'm of the opinion that your bank would never contact you by email.  Contact Barclays as soon as possible.

I would definitely contact Barclays straight away. The email clearly isn't from them, and the fact that it contains correct details is very worrying. Don't delay!

True Noreen, but the rest of it is better than the usual stuff.
