Getting rid of Stumble

Had a bad day and downloaded Stumble, now I don't know why! 
So I have it's information bar glaring at me at the top of my SeaMonkey browser, I want to be rid! I emailed them and asked to be de-listed, however it is still glaring at me so how do I remove it please?

is it not listed in add/remove programs?

if it's not been listed there, then in seamonkey have a look at your addon's list, it will probably be in there.

Can't do links from my phone, but you can get a thing called Extension Manager for Sea Monkey, which makes it easier to uninstall add-ons.  You could also try the Mozilla Forums for advice, but search first, as they're not as friendly as we are.
