Managed 13 days before the dreaded re-boot.  Should I ring the guiness people?? :dunno: :dunno:

That'll be the SBC then ;)
Its usually 12.5 days (300 hours)

It bugged the hell out of me till I found what the problem was, as it always caused an evening, therefore slow, re-boot.

Yeah, its starting to annoy me now. I thought i might try and fool it by altering the time manually, just before the reboot time and then alter it back when the time has past. Might work, might not!

I have a feeling it's using a counter, rather than the clock, Ted, given the interval.

think you're right there, just moved the time forward manually but the time since last boot remained the same. Oh well, back to the drawing board. There's always that tried and trusted method =  :comp:

You do wonder why it's not 256 hours though, don't you. :)

The reason I asked is because if it's not SBC, it could just be a poor line.

Rik

Hopefully, we'll find out soon, Seb.

Firmware is confirmed as SBC.
Also, still trying to figure out what the bottom button is for. Have a shrewd suspicion it's been placed there as an annoyance.

Ted

IIRC that's for access to the wireless "quest" function, apparently it only works with a BT account. So yes, pretty much put there to annoy everybody else.  ;)

B.T. Ted?
Not a chance I'll ever use it then

Rik

A piece of silver duct tape, neatly placed, removes the irritation. ;)
