Belkin Route

Anyone got one of these ?I like the look,not keeen on reviews on Amazon but dont rely totally so anyone who has one I would appreciate your comments.

Desktop hardwired have 2 wirelass laptops

Reliablity etc,can get them cheaper just doing some research :fingers:

Not one of those, but the next one down.  Seems reliable enough, only had to re-boot once in 11months, setup was not the easiest Ive tried, so called easy setup disk included, caused more problems than it solved, I was attracted by the lifetime guarantee which seems genuine enough but the major downside for me was the offshore customer services, an Indian call centre. Apart from that no complaints, Belkin stuff though not the cheapest, seems reliable.
                         Hope this helps :thumb:

Thanks Talos yes it does.I did note the offshore call centres mentioned and there isnt a lot of positive feedback on this,so I think the design seduced me.I will keep looking...... :thnks:

I've seen a few reports of problems with Belkin routers, David, more than I've seen good reports.

I think I will give this one a miss.I think it was the design.I have seen another Bt 2 wire which looks ok.

Yes I know as you know I have one this one looks slightly more up to date and it will be a lot cheaper  ;D

The last Belkin I had used to overheat :eek4: I made a frame with a computer fan attached, that worked till I got a better one :thumb:
