2700 router stats access

I cant get my stats,when I use Kitz it shows no page available or times out ? anyone know the reason.

I have the 2 wire which is listed.

could get them when I used my netgear

Yes,why is this wrong ? I tried wireless I tried wired but no luck 

To be honest I just want to do it Im not troubled by stats why should I be Im happy as Larry I would just like to be able to perform this task and cant

What do the stats look like

They look fine, maybe a slightly slower sync than I would expect for that attenuation, but nothing significant.
