Forum default theme

I've just noticed something with some of the links on the default Idnetters theme, when I hover my mouse over the text links for New Topic, Reply, Mark as Read etc. instead of the text becoming underlined the line appears above the text is this correct or is there a problem with the code? All the other links seem to work correctly in that they appear underlined when you hover the mouse over them.

Thanks, Rik, does seem strange though I've not seen it done that way before if it's by design.
