This is going to be a bit cryptic but.

I requested something very unusual from support regarding my adsl

and within a very short period for this sort of request it had been done (less than 10 minutes), and there was no charge

(i was willing to pay-honest)

so 10/10 to support and mainly directed to Tim who did it for me
