Just wondering if there is any advantage?

There's an advantage if the IDNet DNS servers start playing up, but otherwise I don't really see the need for it, though some people feel differently.  The other potential disadvantage is that they're situated, iirc, on the west coast of the States, so response times could be slower than a UK DNS server.
